This project aims to support VET institutions and VET providers in order to improve and shift work experience courses via using a flipped work-based learning model. According to the literature, IT VETs have demonstrated better adoption of flipped work based learning than others in the pandemic era. For this reason, the aim of this project is to eliminate the problems faced by non IT VET providers while digitizing their service. In this regard, the project results will increase capacities of VET providers with the necessary competencies to digitize their services and work-based learning. It will be a tool geared towards stimulating innovation within work-based learning. This project will respond to the needs of VETs and VET providers by enhancing the capacity of using the Flipped Work-based Learning model. Also, this project aims to transfer Work-based Learning practices of the employees in the partner countries to the digital environment.
