The SOURCE Policy Briefs
ReadLab Brussels (formerly CANDIDE International) has developed the first edition of the SOURCE policy briefs. These briefs serve as a strategic guide, summarizing key project objectives with a focus on policy-related initiatives. They also provide actionable recommendations in four key areas:

• Investment in Continuous Professional Development: Supporting educators in mastering digital teaching.
• Technological Infrastructure Support: Ensuring accessible and reliable tools for online education.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Promoting partnerships to drive educational innovation.
• Research: Advancing studies to inform evidence-based educational practices.

The Decision Support Tool
Alongside the policy briefs, the Decision Support Tool has been introduced to guide educators in designing online courses. This tool embodies the reasoning and decision-making process instructors navigate to create effective and engaging online learning experiences.
